1) Ongoing activities within the budgeted
norms with respect to finance, materials and other services.

Development of creative network of
vendors/contractor.

Manage cost, lead in appropriate
negotiation & make all effective efforts.
4)
Ensure No pilferage and theft of materials
through proper inventory control systems.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Contract
Evaluation
Assessment & evaluation of various activities under
commercial feasibility and assist the functional head to process contracts, at
best fit terms, conditions and prices.
2. Cost
Estimation
Prepare cost estimates or cost data for various jobs and
activities related to mining, HEMM, maintenance and handling activities.
3. Annual
Maintenance contracts
Sending enquiries to various parties for proving the
required services.
Preparing comparative charts for the various offers received
and analyzing the same.
Getting the user department to technically evaluate the
offers received.
Arrangement and co-ordination of meetings with various
contractors.
Assisting FH for issuance of final order
4. Civil
Orders and Contracts (Blocks and Projects)
Preparing comparatives charts for various tenders and
analyzing the same in terms of rates.
Communicating with the tenders for clarifications, if any.
Arranging and co-coordinating meeting with various tenders.
Assisting FH for issuance of final order.
5. Block Purchases
Sending enquiries to various parties for the supply of the
required asset.
Preparing comparative charts for the various offers received
and analyzing the same.
Getting the user departments to technically evaluate the
offers received.
Arrangement and co-ordination of meetings with various
contractors.
Assisting FH for issuance of final order.
