CA as Manager - Finance at XL
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for Legal Entity, Businesses, ULAE and
Management Product Line allocations for the Group.
- Review Updation and Maintenance of PCM (Activity based
costing allocation tool).
- Review of Expense Allocations Journal.
- Analyze and Comment on Allocations.
- Generate Allocation reports and Presentation Slides to
explain allocations to business.
- Review tax files including allocation pools, keys,
calculation methodologies, schedule, Monnet diagram and Documentation.
- Perform/Review CMP allocations for Reinsurance segment.
- Prepare/Review cost distribution appendix for Legal.
- Compile, Allocate and load reforecast in Hyperion.
- Compile, Analyze, interact with segments for Plan
Allocation Keys.
- Maintain strong communication with onshore (both written
and verbal) and manage expectations.
- Team management: involving work allocation, setting goals
and objectives, appraisals, conflict resolution, and creating a motivating and
challenging environment for best utilization of skills.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has these values, abilities,
and skills:
- Chartered Accountant
with 6 to 8 years of experience in Financial Accounting and Reporting.
- Strong Accounting knowledge of Profit & Loss and
Balance Sheet.
