Key Deliverables:

• Responsible for the Daily and Monthly activities and supporting the GFS Managers and VP in the delivery and execution of Logistics, Functions and Business Services Cost MI including support and liaison with Onshore MI & DS Management.
• Ability to set up files in structured approach with reference to end objectives related to the specific cost analysis, including ad-hoc requests.
• Responsible in monthly cost flash reporting to Global DS teams and production of monthly MI Support Packs.
• Ensure maximum use of Spotfire tool in enquiring and providing insights into cost explain and details each month, including understanding of Spotfire details and financials with reference to core MI reported in Khalix and ability to troubleshoot related mapping ssues.
• Ensure key onshore management cost review process Papers and analysis pertaining to WD10 ad WD17 onshore reviews are achieved.
• Ensure quality value-add cost commentaries and variance explanations to prior month, prior year, forecasts and budgets.
• Responsible for inputs and support into provision of cost commentaries into the Monthly Country MI Packs to Country CFOs.
• Supporting onshore Managers in provision of Cost MI and DS and involves direct stakeholder / customer engagement with APAC Regional Support Heads and Business Management.
• Activities cover all related ad-hoc Cost analysis, Indirect Cost allocations back to front reviews and associated monthly reporting, completion of Monthly Cost MI Packs, Forecasts and Budgets.
• Liaison and interaction with month end Cost Financial Control team in understanding of booked costs to appropriate relevant cost centres.
• Monthly detailed review of each individual Support functions full suite of cost centres and its validity and corrective actions relating to Support Functions’ Approvers/Reviews, as relevant.
• Acts as a key point of contact for their stakeholders onshore, providing value add to Decision Spport finance business partners and acts as escalation point within the department.
• Act as a point of contact when also dealing with Global Decision Support Cost Teams.
• Assist Managers in GFS and Onshore teams with finalisation of forecast, budgets cycle requirements including upload into Khalix.
• Continuous improvement into daily and monthly processes and extract maximum efficiencies within the broader GFS teams and provide advice as required to Onshore Managers.
