Description:
•
Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
• Financial analysis/ reviews to assure integrity and
quality of financial information and ensure that Fixed Assets accounting and
operations are complied with the Agilent's Accounting and Finance Manual and
SOX Controls.
• Lead various enterprise wide and process related
improvement projects.
• Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems
and process.
• Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by
example.
• Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric
approach within the overall team charter.
• Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
• Facilitate strong relationship with business partners
especially Business Finance team through effective communication and regular
interaction.
• Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team
members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
• Build strong relationship with business partners
especially Business Finance team through effective communication and regular
interaction.
• Should be a good team player
Qualifications:
•
Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 2-3 years work experience (preferably from an MNC
environment and/or international accounting firm previously).
• Knowledge of US GAAP
• Exposure to Oracle or SAP will be added advantage to the
applicant.
• Good communication skills (both written & spoken
English) and collaborative skills.
• Must be able to work effectively with cross functional
team at different geographical locations.
