Support for Business Review meeting
Preparation of Financial forecast

Taxes
Coordinate matters relating to Income Tax, Sales Tax ,VAT Service Tax, Central Excise like filing returns , attending assessment etc

Statutory Compliances
Review and coordinate with Departments for improving compliances

Working Capital Management
Review and monitor with Business Plan inventory holding
Review stores and spares
Review Receivables
Scrutinize advances etc
Coordinate with Planning, Purchase and Marketing Dept
