CA with Minimum experience of 7-8 years’ in dealing with the direct tax matters.

JD

1. Monitoring and making sure of compliance with Direct Tax Laws  in various foreign jurisdictions.
2. Gaining a complete understanding of direct tax in various foreign jurisdictions and be an advisor to the Business
3. Work towards optimization of the tax costs in various Geographies
4. Transfer pricing
5. Smooth tax assessment- minimisation of post assessment issues. Ensure that all the crucial post assessment issues are won at Tax Court.
