Masters Degree/CA/MBA+ Big 4+ SAP and Hyperion experience preferred

Prepare monthly world-wide financial statement
consolidation, including required consolidation entries for global view, regional
view, and business unit reporting.
·
Primary preparation and ownership of technical
research on the Consolidated Cash Flow statement and analysis of Cash Flow.
·
Other activity. : Cross-train to support the
other senior accountant position in the group, including preparation of the
consolidated income statement and focus on stock-based compensation
calculation.
·
Assist the tax department and others in
completing intra-company liquidations and transactions that are based on a
legal entity structure. :
·
Detailed analysis of the balance sheet account
activity and analytical review and research around monthly activity. :
·
Assist with the preparation of purchase
accounting entries related to acquisitions.
·
Ability to appropriately consider and analyze
multi-currency information.
·
Perform ad hoc requests as needed including
costs analysis, functional analysis, bridges to various base scenarios
including Plan, Forecast, Prior Year, etc.
·
Prepare various Powerpoint presentations used
for executive/BOD meetings and quarterly analyst earnings release calls, etc.
