Qualification:

Technical skills:

Hands-on good experience in SAP (FI, MM,
SD)

Strong MS office knowledge and PPT
skills
·
Experience in use of audit tools (CAAT /
Idea / ACL etc.)
·
Strong accounting and GAAP knowledge
along with applicable accounting standards
·
Knowledge of IIA standards and Clause 49
requirements
·
Should have a strong analytical mindset
and problem solving abilities
·
Good inter-personal and team management
skills
·
Implementation knowledge of SoX will be
an added advantage (either as a team lead or a key member)
2) ASSOCIATE MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER- BUSINESS
FINANCE AT NOIDA
Band: E 2 |
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Qualification: CA / MBA
The profile
comprises of creating processes for Pricing and deal evaluation team, its
review, enforcement and continuous improvement of the processes so that the
team captures and leverages knowledge and improves efficiency.
The job role
will involve:

Audit of pricing of large deals
·
Establishment and refinement of pricing
framework
·
Developing best practices for evaluation
of large deals (Application services, Remote Infrastructure Management &
BPO)
·
Financial modeling and analytics around
key cost levers with thorough business understanding, good excel knowledge
·
Credit Risk Evaluation
·
Driving risk management strategies in
commercial proposals i.e. understanding the various commercial / financial
risks underlying the deals and propose various methods for minimizing such
risks

ASSOCIATE MANAGER / DEPUTY MANAGER / MANAGER- DEAL EVALUATION TEAM
Band: E 2 / E3|
Experience:4 to 8years
Qualification: CA / ICWA

Respond to commercial section of (RFPs) Request
For Proposals floated by potential customers in relation to IT outsourcing
·
Work with Sales and Delivery teams to
prepare commercial construct for the RFP response
·
Prepare rate cards and quotations
considering project profitability and risks involved
·
Understanding pricing models, financial structuring and P&L impact of
new deals, with thorough business understanding
·
Understanding the various commercial /
financial risks underlying the deals and coming out with various methods for
minimizing such risks
·
Support during contract terms
finalization and negotiations with customers
·
High level of responsiveness to sales
forces; Good Knowledge of excel
