Job Description
Job Profile:
The  Transaction Services (TS) team helps corporate and private equity clients identify risks in M&A transactions, so they can make informed strategic decisions. From deal negotiations, to capturing synergies during integration, we help clients gain value and deliver it to stakeholders.
We are looking for
  • Newly (0-2 years) qualified Chartered Accountant having good hands-on experience during their articleship period.
  • Should have passed CA examinations in maximum three attempts.
Essential Skills
  • Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving 
  • Communication Skills, presentation and report writing skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of M&A environment 
  • Willingness to travel at short notice
  • Working knowledge of Accounting Standards issued by ICAI.
