WALK IN INTERVIEW FOR ASSISTANT COMPANY
SECRETARY (CONTRACT BASIS)

 Applications are invited for appointment of  Assistant Company Secretary on contract basis for a period of one year, on consolidated remuneration to be negotiated at the time of interview. The qualifications and experience for the post are as under:-

a) Should be a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.  (Preference will be given to a candidate having degree in Law)

b) Should have at least one year (post qualification) experience.

 d) Age 25-40 years.
