· Chartered Accountant qualification
· 5+ years of practical experience in an audit / accounting capacity.
· University graduate (minimum: Bachelor with Honors or equivalent).
· Experienced in the Financial Services industry.
· Experienced in a multi-national blue chip company
· Knowledge of the banking industry and related products and systems.
· Familiarity with US GAAP accounting standards and SEC reporting requirements.

· Managing the global reconciliation and consolidation of intercompany transactions in BS, PL and OBS.
· Driving strategic direction of the Team's book of work
· Coordinating global efforts across legal entities, regions and divisions to resolve intercompany reporting issues.
· Spearheading high focus projects to resolve intercompany reporting issues.
· Compiling and presenting intercompany metrics to Senior Management and Operational Risk committees.
· Providing accounting guidance on intercompany reporting matters.
· Providing performance management and development to a team of 7 FTEs.
· Assisting on ad hoc analyses, new business implementations and process design/enhancements.
