FLDP Program for CA Freshers at Avery Dennison

Amongst its many businesses in India it operates in the Label and Packaging Materials, Retail Information System, Performance Tapes, Graphics and Reflective spaces. In India we have 3 Manufacturing Locations and a Sales and Service network throughout the country.

Specifics of the FLDP Program

FLDP is FINANCE LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM and is spread over a 24 months structured plan period wherein an associate is taken through at least 3 different stints in different areas of Finance in Avery Dennison India.
We believe in giving an all round exposure of both Accounting as well as Financial Planning in order for you and the organization to together discover where your strengths lie. The program helps you test your adaptability and stretch and expand the depth of your learning. The rotations will all be on the job with clear accountability and not just observation / supporting thereby giving you an opportunity to not just learn but also contribute and taste victory.
What makes FLDP different from any other rotation based LDP Plan out there is our performance oriented culture where every rotation has an objective not just in terms of learning but also in terms of business results. The locations of these stints for the 1st 24 months will be across the country, in order to add to your learning of the differences in the markets between regions.
You will be guided by your manager and mentored by a member of the Leadership Team but you will be accountable for business results from Day 1. Every 6 month you will be reviewed by the FLDP Panel that constitutes of the Heads of Finance, and Head of HR of both the businesses.
What after the 2 year Rotational Program?
You will be taken through at least 3 different organizational roles in a compressed period of 2 years i.e. Finance Officer, Finance Executive and Sr Finance Executive. The 24 month program ends with your being absorbed straight in an Assistant Manager role in a specific region / location and area of Finance.



We are looking for ambitious and intelligent young men and women who have completed their CA Finals in the last 9 months with 0 –9 months of experience.

60% throughout academic career
Must have cleared all stages of CA in one attempt
Must have completed articleship with a Registered Chartered Accountant

The first 24 months of the program are rotational and hence the applicant must be ready to relocate across India. (Relocation expenses shall be provided for as per Company Policy.)
