Qualifications:

B.TechBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required, MBA and/or Chartered Accountants/CPAs preferred.

 1-2 years of real estate-related professional experience is a must.
Job Purpose:
·         Assisting Real Estate professionals in the Deloitte US Firms in providing lease advisory services, securitization services and market research services to clients
·         Assisting in preparing financial schedules
·         Also assisting in the quality review of deliverables produced by associate analysts
