·         Support related to areas such as proposals for new business, US GAAP/IFRS convergence, new accounting pronouncements and other regulatory changes which impact accounting decisions
·        0 – 2 years of financial audit experience with a public accounting or advisory firm, or 2-3 years of financial reporting/consolidations experience with a Fortune 500 organization or similar organization in India
·        Chartered Accountant or CPA or ACCA
