The position will is responsible complete financial accounting, local reporting and accuracy of the financial records and statements of all entities. This position will also have oversight of the work performed by the financial accounting team and will ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable accounting procedures, standards, internal controls, statutory, legal and tax compliances. This position will interact and engage with all relevant functions to be able to perform the role.
Experience
Four + years of experience in core financial accounting
function.
Direct experience in managing financial reports and analysis
for highly complex, fast growing and diverse businesses.
Knowledge of US GAAP.
Knowledge of multi-national financial reporting requirements
Experience managing multi-national accounting operations
Knowledge of manufacturing company.
Knowledge of Treasury function and Insurance desirable.
Knowledge and experience with tax accounting, internal
controls, and other related accounting pronouncements and experience in their
application
Demonstrated ability to interact and team with professionals
in various functional areas.
