1. Monthly and quarterly closing of accounts and MIS
2. Compliance with accounting standards 
3. Statutory compliance with fiscal laws: Income tax withholding on Indian and foreign payments, service tax, VAT: returns, submissions to authorities for government inspection/ audit/ assessement
4. Project cost Accounting and projections for fixed assets and depreciation for shipping and GEIMS
5. Accounting and audit as per IFRS for two foreign subsidiaries in Sharjah and Singapore
6. Intricacies of NRI taxation for floating staff,
7. Cash flow forecasting and control on comparison with actuals
8. MIS on revenues and costs for shipping division

 Salary : Rs 9 lacs
