Controllership / GL Accounting-MphasiS Limited in Bengaluru/Bangalore
1. Qualified CA with 0-2 years experience.
2. Has hands-on experience encompassing book-keeping, finalization of accounts and performing reviews/audits.
3. Good understanding as well as hands-on experience on statutory financial reporting (as per Indian GAAP) - mandatory.
4. Has overall exposure ranging from mid-size to large companies.
5. Has good report-writing and liaison skills.
Responsibilities
1. Controllership responsibility over couple of MphasiS-entities.
2. Monthly closure of books of accounts.
3. Quarter-end and year-end statutory financial-reporting responsibilities.
4. Coordination with AP, AR, Treasury, Payroll, Revenue etc. for financial-reporting and strengthening of accounting systems and internal controls.
5. Liaison with auditors for resolution of issues and smooth-completion of audits.
6. Transition of accounts to cater to Revised Schedule VI and IFRS reporting requirements.
7. Financial analysis, preparation and review of schedules and follow-up.
8. MIS reporting and other adhoc reporting responsibilities.
