| Major Deliverables | • To evolve a process manual for travel business on an end to end basis • Map the operation to Finance process. • Evaluate the value chain end to end. • Map the control points and test the process. • Prepare a Finance process manual for travel. • To put in place a control process on EEFC currency • EEFC reconciliation for Debtors and Creditors • Currency wise mapping of transactions and settlement. • Evaluating the value chain and testing the control on a end to end basis. • Preparing a Finance Manual for EEFC transactions. |
